Udvikling af virksomhedsprocesser

I en årrække har vi væet involveret i udvikling og rekonstruktíon of virksomheds-processer - primært inden for luftfartsindustrien, der har et konstant behov for tilpasning. Vi har en solid erfaring i analyse af forretningsgange og udvikling af processer, der kan optimere virksomheden og herunder hvordan it kan udvikles som et vigtigt værkstøj til understøttelse af centrale forretningsprocesser.

Vi har desuden arbejdet med kvalitetsprocesser baseret EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
